Make the Insurance Nonrenewal Process More Fair

July 2, 2026: Thank you for sharing your non-renewal stories! Every story made a difference! PPCC shared these stories with Senator Ben Allen to support his work advocating to lawmakers why this reform is urgently needed.

This passed in committee and is now headed to Appropriations. We will keep you updated as things progress and if more support is needed.

July 2, 2026: AB1847 has passed the Senate Judiciary Committee and is now headed to Senate Appropriations.
